Program:

People are more responsive and efficient when there's solidarity within a group. This is why we offer a series of exercises tailored to make the best out of the group's strength and increase the feeling of partnership. These exercises are made to show your co-workers that a united team focused on the same common goal is bound to succeed.

By developing your improvisation skills, you learn how to handle unexpected situations. Our teaching is based on improvisation techniques, and you'll see how your body can be used as a means of communication.

In a professional and personal context, listening is a key to ensure a win-win relationship. However, it is important to be aware that listening is something that needs to be worked on.
